Lynne Copp, Managing Director of The Worklife Company, is an internationally acclaimed inspirational speaker, coach and Award Winning Author, who presents on The Future of Work, Worklife Balance and ‘Lipstick Leadership’ Career Development for Women.
Lynne has appeared on TV and Radio and writes extensively. She published ‘I’m glad I spent more Time at Work’ and in 2011, will launch ‘Dancing ’Round the Handbags’ a life changing book and resources to support hard-working women to dance to their own tune whilst balancing work and life.
She has worked with companies like Google, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Government and Public Sector. Lynne is an internationally recognised expert in worklife balance, wellbeing and diversity; an inspiring speaker and coach who not only creates motivation for change, but also delivers solutions relevant to today’s business, people and customer environments.
Entitled Lipstick Leadership, she has released a report detailing her research into excellence in female leadership.
Lynne is retained as an executive coach for a number of companies, and is an active member of The Association of Coaching, the International Coaching Federation, Association of NLP, The ILM and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She has just completed her masters in Coaching.

I bought your book – only got as far as the end of the first chapter, but enjoying it so far! It tells me that I can download the Dance Floor chart and the tools from the ‘Member Pages’ on this website, but I can’t find them?
How do I reach the dance floor from propping up the bar?!
